We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the boots or accessories in their original Hunter branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
