We offer Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100.
How do I clean and maintain my rubber boots?
To keep your boots in top condition, wipe them with lukewarm, soapy water after use. Avoid solvents and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or artificial heat.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Why is there a white powdery film on my new boots?
This is called 'blooming,' a natural process where protective wax rises to the surface of high-quality rubber. It can be easily removed with a damp cloth or Hunter Boot Buffer.
Do Hunter boots come with a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.
